Who We’re Looking For:

We are building a team of warm, engaging, and experienced sitters who can confidently provide luxury-level care for children from newborn through teen. You are playful, polished, and proactive—with the flexibility to support children’s needs in a dynamic event setting.

Ideal candidates are:

• Genuinely passionate about working with children of all ages

• Confident facilitating games, crafts, and group play

• Comfortable with diapering, toileting, and meal assistance

• Professional in demeanor and presentation

• Warm, attentive, and dependable

Requirements:

To ensure the highest level of care and trust, our team members must meet the following qualifications:

• Age: 18 years or older

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional childcare or babysitting

• References: 3 childcare-related references

• Certification: Red Cross CPR + First Aid (or willingness to obtain certification -assistance available)

• Background Check: CORI Certified

• Valid ID: Driver’s license or government-issued photo ID

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to event locations
